Within a short walk of Choctaw Casino, Choctaw Casino Resort – Durant is within 2 miles (3 km) of Choctaw Cultural Center. Made me feel like a number they don’t really care about and not a valued guest. Overall nice but left a sour aftertaste because of initial arrival experience.

The next day we went to the pool and enjoyed ourselves there. all stuff members there were very helpful and polite. Afterwords we hit the casino and stayed there pretty late. We had a table reserved for birthday dinner at the steakhouse and it was very nice. They acted like I inconvenienced them and not the other way around. I understand technical issues happen but I wasn’t happy with how front desk handled it. I travel quite a bit but never experienced anything like that. We practically had to beg to give us a late check out since they wasted an hour of our time on my dad’s birthday we had kids with us…. They were not very apologetic and kept blaming Expedia…įinally, they located the payment and gave us room keys.

we had to wait another 30 minutes for the manager to resolve the issue…. However they were not able to find confirmation of payment for one of the rooms saying my credit card was declined… which was definitely NOT the case. We had 3 rooms booked in a new tower that we paid for 2 months in advance. Once we arrived we had to spend at least 30 minutes waiting in line to check in.
